The Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, has postponed the arraignment of gospel music executive Ezekiel Onyedikachi, popularly known as EeZee Tee, in the case brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
At Thursday’s court session, Justice Alexander Owoeye stated that the case could not proceed due to an administrative procedure, prompting the court to adjourn the matter until May 14, 2025.
EeZee Tee, the CEO of EeZee Conceptz, was present in court as proceedings unfolded.

The case, which has attracted significant public interest, is reportedly linked to financial and contractual disputes involving gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, one of the top artists previously managed by EeZee Conceptz before parting ways with the label.
The adjournment means all parties will have to wait for the next hearing, which could determine the trajectory of the legal battle.
As developments unfold, more details are expected to emerge.
