FULL STEPS: How to apply for NNPC recruitment 2024
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has opened a range of job vacancies for fresh graduates and seasoned professionals to apply.
According to the organisation, the recruitment aims to bring in intelligent, motivated individuals to fill various roles within the company.
Olufemi Soneye, the spokesperson of NNPC, announced in a statement on Friday.
Soneye stated that the energy company would be hiring for a variety of roles in a number of divisions.
He advised prospective candidates to view the NNPC careers page for information on how to apply.
The company also reaffirmed that it does not charge for the submission of job applications and underlined that it will not be held accountable for applications made on any other website.

Graduate Trainee Program and Experienced Hire Program

The energy company said the successful candidates must agree to work at any NNPC Limited business location.
Applicants must submit their applications on or before August 20, 2024.
Candidates need to be proficient with computers, people, and communication.
To meet the company’s business objectives, selected individuals must be economical and adhere to statutory regulations.
Requirements for Graduate Trainee Program
1. Support the implementation of organizational processes.
2. Deliver cost-effective business outcomes.
3. Assist line managers and supervisors in developing and implementing strategic work plans across various functions.
4. Help in delivering project team assignments.
Minimum Qualifications for Graduate Trainee Program
For Bachelors Degree: First Class or Second Class Upper Division.
For Bachelors Degree: Second Class Lower Division with a completed Master’s Degree.
For HND: Distinction.
For HND: Upper Credit with a completed Master’s Degree.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited university, polytechnic, or monotechnic not earlier than 2019.
NOTE: All candidates must have completed the NYSC.
Applicants must not be more than 28 years as of December 31, 2024.
All applicants must possess good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
